How it works
Talk to us
We map the roles, the right engagement model, and the fully-loaded cost in IDR and your currency.
We handle compliance & setup
Contracts under Indonesian law, NPWP, BPJS registration, and payroll onboarding, before day one.
You manage the work
Your team directs delivery. We run payroll, statutory filings, leave, and benefits in the background.
Ongoing support
A named local contact for HR questions, regulatory changes, terminations, and headcount growth.
Compliance you can point to in a board meeting
Hyrinc employs through its own licensed Indonesian entity. Every hire has a bilingual employment agreement under Indonesian law, full statutory registration, and auditable monthly filings.
You receive one invoice with salary, contributions, and fees itemised, and documentary evidence for each filing on request.
Licensed Indonesian entity
Employment sits with our registered local company, no shell arrangements or offshore contracts pretending to be employment.
BPJS Kesehatan
National health insurance registration and monthly contributions at the statutory employer/employee split.
BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
JHT, JKK, JKM, JP and JKP programmes registered and remitted, with correct risk-class rates per role.
PPh 21 withholding
Monthly TER-based withholding, year-end recalculation, and 1721-A1 forms issued to every employee.
Questions we get asked before signing
Employment agreements include confidentiality and IP assignment in your favour. Personal data is processed under Indonesia's PDP Law (No. 27/2022), and system access stays on your tooling under your policies.
Employees are engaged on PKWT contracts. Our service agreement runs 6 months or 12 months, with 30 days' notice.
Indonesian law requires documented grounds, process, and usually severance calculated on tenure. We model the cost and the correct route, resignation, mutual termination, or termination by Company before anything is communicated to the employee.
You are invoiced in USD, EUR, SGD, or AUD by bank transfer. Employees are paid in IDR into Indonesian accounts, as required by law.
Not with Employer of Record or outsourcing. Once headcount and permanence justify it, we can support the transition to your own PT PMA.
