Hyrinc provides Employer of Record, outsourcing, and recruitment services in Indonesia. This policy explains how we handle personal data of website visitors, client contacts, candidates, and employees we engage.

Website enquiries: name, company, work email, optional WhatsApp number, and the message you send us.

Candidates and employees: identity documents, NPWP, BPJS details, banking information, employment history, and payroll records necessary to employ and pay you lawfully.

To respond to enquiries, deliver contracted services, run payroll, meet statutory reporting duties to Indonesian tax and social security authorities, and keep records for the periods the law requires.

We process personal data under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27/2022) on the basis of contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest, or your consent — whichever applies to the specific processing.

We share data with government bodies where required (tax office, BPJS), with banks for salary disbursement, and with clients in relation to their own workers. We do not sell personal data.

Payroll and employment records are retained for the statutory retention period. Access is restricted on a need-to-know basis and protected by encryption in transit and at rest.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact privacy@hyrinc.com and we will respond within the statutory timeframe.
