Terms of Service

By accessing this website or engaging Hyrinc's services, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

Material on this site is provided for general information. It describes Indonesian employment and tax rules in summary form and is not legal, tax, or accounting advice for your specific circumstances.

Employer of Record, outsourcing, and recruitment services are governed by a separate written service agreement, including scope, fees, term, notice, and liability. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the service agreement prevails.

Clients direct the day-to-day work, provide accurate role and compensation information, and must not instruct workers to act contrary to Indonesian law or to these terms.

Fees are set out in the service agreement and invoiced monthly in advance unless stated otherwise. Late payment may result in suspension of services after written notice.

Each party protects the other's confidential information. Intellectual property created by workers in the course of client work is assigned to the client, subject to payment of applicable fees.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Hyrinc's aggregate liability is limited as set out in the applicable service agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, with disputes resolved as specified in the applicable service agreement.
